TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using Deno Web Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Deno Web Studio, including but not limited to website development, hosting, maintenance, and related services.

Our comprehensive service package includes:

• Custom website design and development using hand-coded solutions
• Complete hosting, server, domain, and SSL management
• Ongoing technical support and maintenance
• Up to 2 hours per month of content updates and edits
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services

Our payment structure is as follows:

• No upfront payment required for website development
• Monthly subscription fee of $150 (or as otherwise agreed)
• First payment is due at the end of the month in which the site is completed and approved
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe recurring billing
• Clients receive receipts and billing reminders via email
• No hidden or surprise fees - all costs are clearly outlined before billing

Service commitment terms:

• 12-month minimum service commitment required
• After 12 months, service continues month-to-month
• Early termination before 12 months requires payment of remaining balance
• Remaining balance can be paid immediately or continued monthly until fulfilled

Ownership rights and access terms:

• During the 12-month term, all design, code, and hosting remain property of Deno Web Studio
• Domain name ownership depends on original purchaser (client or Deno Web Studio)
• All code, design, and assets remain property of Deno Web Studio unless explicitly transferred
• Transfer of assets may be negotiated separately after contract fulfillment

Terms for additional services and features:

• Additional features (e.g., booking systems, digital menus) require separate agreement
• Extra services may be charged as one-time payments or additional monthly fees
• All additional services follow the same payment terms and methods
• Changes to existing services require written agreement

We commit to:

• Delivering high-quality, hand-coded websites
• Providing SEO-optimized content and structure
• Ensuring responsive design across all devices
• Maintaining regular backups of your website
• Providing ongoing technical support
• Processing up to 2 hours of monthly content updates

Deno Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month preceding any claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
